how do i get the CAPITALS to work on this fone cheers thnx

If you just want a capital letter at the start of a word press the 0, if you want to switch from lower case to upper case letters press the #, you will see the icon change from Abc to ABC and also there is a symbol option you can scroll to using the # key.
