They need to be random, humerous, and creative. At least, that's what I'D say. No need to audition, just hop aboard.

they need the ability to sit down before posting a Q and ask themselves : Could this be a question that is asked everyday?

well...thanks for asking, but it is not necessary... but i will tell you what i think. i enjoy people who have a witty sense of humor and don't take life too seriously!!
you might also consider going pantless... getting a cane, eating a lot of sausage and have a midget as your best friend.
