You can shovel snow , mow lawns, collect cans, rake leaves, clean up peoples garages or sheds, collect things from you neighbors that are useful and in good shape,which they don't want and run a garage sale, see if any or your neighbors have chores they want done. There are enough here to earn you more than 15 bucks.

I can always use someone to mow the lawn, clean the house, help woith shopping etc. Use Craiglist.com to find it in your city.
