If true, this is nothing more than a smokescreen to distract the US population from the things that are really important.

Its been done before...but this time, things may be radically different---and Uncle Sam is no longer ignoring the subject by deadpan denials, either!!

This time, there's scores of highly ranked retired military leaders with impressive credible credentials--all ready to disclose fully what THEY KNOW about UFOs, if the Government still wishes to stay mum on the subject. If the U.S. won't talk about it, these retired military mega-brass guys WILL--and there's NOTHING stopping them.

And the word along the UFO community is--this stuff IS credible and will put new life into the game. Either Uncle Sam talks....or these guys will (and some rumor they'll even SHOW HOW they know!!!)

Uncle Sam this time--for the first time ever on UFOs--is feeling the pressure. We may soon find out Monday that there IS in fact more to the UFO matter than we thought or suspected as such all along.

This ought to prove interesting.........

No one in the government is doing any such thing. On Monday some private citizen is giving a talk and slide show to a luncheon meeting at the National Press Club. I assume that same person is going to appear on Mister King's TV show.

I don't mean to not answer your question but.....I'll believe this when I hear it. They may seriously answer from their point of view. I read once where we are being shown all these specials on UFO's as a way of preparing us for the facts coming out. Could this be it!?

fear is a tool to control the masses. i believe many UFOs are in fact top secret military experiments. technically they are unidentified objects. there is now the ability to make tanks invisible. you could control a population with a hologram, or image and the conventional tactics would not be necessary. the timing of the program may correlate with the low approval ratings of bush. the terror alert seemed to rise when his numbers were down. of course you had the standard government stool pigeon saying you did not see what you thought you saw.

The Republicans are going along with this to make Kusinich (sp) look foolish, just like they made him look foolish in the Senate the day he decided to waste a day on an Impeachment vote for Cheney instead of working on the important stuff

Since when is Larry King Live "serious"?

The government can't discuss it seriously, its either hiding information, or there are no such things, either way, they won't convince skeptics, or destroy believers.

I'm ok with it as long as their is evidence supporting the discussion... otherwise, it is a waste of time and money.
