This old pickup is in pretty good shape, and runs ok, but the only gauge that works is the speedometer. It has a full set of gauges, but none show anything that is even close to correct. Is there a fuse? somekind of connector from the sending units to the gauge panel? Is this a printed circuit board?

check the fuse panel and see if there's one marked instrument panel i think on that one their is,if so check the fuse and see if it has blown, also check the ground wire for this Chevy's had a problem with keeping ground wires on things the one you will be looking for is grounded to the steering column, and then it grounds to the body, good luck on it.

Check the fuses, get a shop manual and see if the power wire going to it and the ground wire going to it are good.Check them with a test light.
If it is a solid state circuit printed type(more than likely is0 then you may have to replace it.The speedometer will come out of it or may not be part of it.

A fuse dedicated to gauges has prolly blown. Check for fuse schematic and replace suspected blown fuse.
