depending on the type of rims they are you can use paint stripper on them to remove it,that will bring it off really fast,wal mart sells this in quart cans and it works really well,get the air craft stripper it works a lot better and faster,good luck on it.

If you have access to an air compressor there is a small round scrubby pad that they sell for surface preparation. Put this on a die grinder and try using that. I've had great success cleaning up metal with them. They come in three different grades. I'd start with the finest and try working up on a place that won't be seen to see how it affect the finish on the wheel.

Use WD-40 or Rubbing Compound (be careful with the compound and mix it with a lot of water). Don't use a razor blade or you will cut the metal or scratch it. Be-four you use either one try a high pressure washer first. Most likely it will wash off. Good Luck and God Bless

Try brake fluid.Let it set on their overnight. that should loosen the paint.

well it depends wat kind of pain if its a hard base coat you might wana sandblast it if it wont come off with paint remover
