I don't know where you are from. I'm in Texas, USA, so I'm answering as an American.
Callie's cute, esp since Grey's Anatomy added Callie O'Malley to the cast.
Flowe--I don't like the spelling and it's not just an old name, it's an ancient name. It's the short form of Florence which is also very old.
Billy is fine for a boy. It's short for William.
Ali for a boy or girl? I'm assuming it's a boy, and Ali is a great name, especially if you admire Muhammed Ali. It's also unique.
Ali for a girl would be okay, maybe short for Allison. Allison is very popular right now.

Old taste is a good thing.
You selected some very unique and original names.
Callie is by far my favorite. It is uncommon, yet it is not strange or wried.
Second fav. is Ali
Flowe and Billy i don't care for as much.
Hope my opinion helps. Uniques is good, as long as your kids have a place to sleep, play, dance, etc :)

Charlie can be short for Charlene, Charlotte, Charity, Charlize, or it can be just plain Charli.
I like Callie too.
