You can't buy a $600,000 home with a subprime mortgage. Your income wouldn't be high enough to qualify for that much money no matter how lenient the terms were. If you had a high enough income to afford a home of that price it's highly unlikely you would be in the market for a subprime mortgage to begin with.
Don't resort to rants of the "Cadillac-driving welfare queen" sort. It only makes you sound bitter and ignorant.

no, they are not going to bail out the people, to do so would create a fiasco of fraud that even Hillary could whine her way out of......what will likely happen is there will be federal assistance in the ways of tax credits, revisions of county assessments to offer tax relief to home owners., lowering the interest rates slightly, possibly even offering lower interest rates to those that can qualify.....
rewriting legislation to correct the fraudulent loans that were written by lenders....
i have not heard anywhere they want to bail them out directly but there is much talk from both sides to help stabilize the situation in ways within their control.....
many people were outright lied to and decieved in what should be fraudulent loans,,, people should be going to jail......

No, the Democrats don't need to buy votes with the story you are trying to pass off as part of their platform. Because what you have written just isn't in their agenda at all! Perhaps it would help if you knew just what their platform is instead of making up one for them that is way off base!

No - the Republicans are going to continue to bail out the deceptive lenders - their biggest supporters - who caused this mess with lax oversight.

i hate the idea of universal health care. all that means to me is guys like me who work *** off will pay for lazy peoples health care thru taxes and when i do need health care it will be even more strained than it is now. look at countries with universal health care. seems like big problems to me. most people who say they cant afford to buy health insurance are the same people with nice new car and plasma tv and all kinds of expensive toys. i personally think if everyone took responsibility and payed for health insurance we will all be better off.

O good g-d, I hope not. Yes, they do make people seem needy and, in fact, tell people they are needy. They're invested in creating dependence, because that's how you get/keep power.

Dems will raise their taxes, and push them over into bankruptcy, to pay off their freak, parasitic constituencies.
