most people learn how to masturbate on their own. it's perfectly normal and healthy. just touch yourself in a way that feels good. i started by rubbing my vagina on my pillow, i was really young when i did this, then i realized that my clitoris was what was giving me pleasure, so i started rubbing my clitoris with my fingers while i layed on my stomach. maybe you can try that?

Masturbation is normal and people say it is good for you to understand what happends during sex. It is normal and everyone does it during their life. To masturbate usally girl's stick their fingers up their private part. But there are other ways.

Good and bad is entirely subjective.
It is completely normal to masturbate, if the billions who do it are any indication.

studies have shown its actully good for u. women masturbate about as much as men do only women are less puplic about it women have many ways rubbin their boobs, rubbing their g-spot, sticking things in there vagina,and touching their clitoris
