how do i find out what size watch i wear?

Take a tape measure, wrap it around wrist, to measure the size of wrist. Or, if you don't have one, use a piece of string or strip of paper, mark where it meets, and then lay that on a ruler to see how many inches it measures. The result is the size.

usually mens watch bands are made to be shortened...(links taken out) so don't worry about the band size...watches aren't sized like other jewelery.
