My guess would be Harry is obviously an Auror. Hermione would be like Minister of Magic something important at the Ministry. Ron is hard my best guess is he will own his own business like his brothers. You can be serious or throw some wild things out there just have a reason.

Well, first they would have finished their schooling. And they all would have been famous by that point, so getting a job would have been fairly easy.
Harry is probably done with fighting dark wiizards. There aren't that many left, because he fought them all off in DH. The ones that are left are petty mischief makers. Not a challenge for Harry. I would think that he is somewhere that he works with his wits and talents. Probably something to do with the ministry of magic. He could use his influence there.
As for Hermione, I think she would deal with experimental magic, creating new spells and writing books about them that nobody will want to read. She doesn't have the people skills to be minister of magic, nor would she want such a restricting position.
Ron will open a business dedicated solely to Quidditch, complete with supplies, books, brooms, practice materials, etc.

Ginny plays professional Quidditch for a few years before become a sport's writer for the Daily Prophet. Rowling explained all this in the July 30, 2007 interview.

Hermione gets a job in the department of regulation and control of magical creatures. hermione works as magical law enforcement like wht mafilda hopkirk did in book 5.then,she rose up ranks v well cuz of her educ. n foresight.then,she now holds the post tht is equivalent to our Attorney-General.
harry is auror and now Head Auror,aka like our FBI/CID Head.
Ron runs a joke shop and is PA to Harry.
