Cuts are not a normal part of a sexual relationship cheating or not. Could she have been raped? Hurting herself?
Either way you should encourage her to see a doctor.

She knows how they got there. Was she distraught when she got home, you know, like she needed to go press charges. Even a rape, embarrassing, she would have been upset and said something . Was she assaulted by a friend she thought was not dangerous? Would you believer her if she told you she was assaulted? Did she recently leave a relationship that she could have been attacked from, out of revenge. She's probably not a prostitute or you wouldn't be worried about her cheating on you. During masturbation, women don't achieve cuts there.

Lol...I'm sorry, I usually give the best answer I can, but I can't help but laugh at this question. How the heck can anyone know if she's cheating or not? Does she shave down there? Is she psychologically damaged? Does she have a story? Does the story make sense? Are there any other reasons you may suspect her of cheating?

Yes, that is definitely the case. That is usually a good indication that someone has been having some rough sex. There's always the possibility that she dropped broken glass in her lap, but I highly doubt it. Play it safe and don't have sex with her anymore. If you still want to be with her, then she needs to quit sleeping with other people and also get tested so she doesn't give anything to you that she may have gotten. Wear a condom if you have to have it.

for starters you need to talk to her but calmly and being non judgmental. You need to gain her trust so she tells you the truth as theres so many reasons that could be behind the cuts the most worrying to me was she self harmed herself or was sexually assaulted. Talk to her and dont assume until you know. In the mean time dont have unprotected sex to keep yourself clean and safe.

Don't necessarily blow up on her. It could be rape, an infection, or something else. Find out what is going on, but be sure not to automatically think she's cheating.

Wow that's seriously creepy. I doubt any sane woman would want to get cut anywhere let alone down there, so either she was raped and victimized or she needs to be on medication.

could be sorry to say , but for some women they shave them selfs down there to be clean and hate the hair there could check and see if they were razor burns . if not she is or using a toy to roughly and not telling you
