Is it enough hot to sweat just by walking on the street in the middle of the summer? How long is the summer in Calgary? Compared with Vancouver, witch place is hotter? Where would someone have to sweat more?

I will really appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you.

Calgary: As a consequence of Calgary's high elevation and relative dryness, summer evenings can be very cool, the average summer minimum temperature drops to +8 °C (46.4 °F), and frosts can occur in any month of the year. Calgary has experienced snowfall even in July and August. Calgary experiences summer daytime temperatures exceeding +30 °C (86 °F) on an average of four days per year. With an average relative humidity of 55% in the winter and 45% in the summer, Calgary has a semi-arid climate typical of other cities in the Western Great Plains and Canadian Prairies. Unlike cities further east, like Toronto, Montreal, or even Winnipeg, humidity is almost never a factor during the Calgary summer.

Vancouver: Summer months are quite sunny with moderate temperatures, tempered by sea breezes. The daily maximum averages 22 °C (72 °F) in July and August, although temperatures sometimes rise above 26 °C (78 °F).[50] The summer months are often very dry, resulting in moderate drought conditions a few months of the year. In contrast, more than half of all winter days receive measurable precipitation. On average, snow falls on only eleven days per year, with only three days receiving six or more centimetres (2.5 in or more).

Verdict:
I would say Vancouver is just slightly warmer, though the temperatures and climate are quite similar. As for getting a sweat, it depends on the person.

hope this helped :)

It's not that hot.
Summer in Calgary lasts approximately three days, and occurs about 90 times a year. (No seriously the weather there is weird.)

Calgary is both hotter and colder than Vancouver, usually both in a given day.

Yes it can be very hot in Calgary in the summer. Average temp is about 25C or so but it can be over 30C some days. Some years are hotter then others.

I've never been in Vancouver in the summer so I don't know what it's like there.
