newly issued passports
your vehicle inspection sticker
and many other things already use RFID chips. It is just a matter of time before we are required to have them implanted from the moment of birth.

Nope! However, even NOW you can VOLUNTEER for such a thing. You cannot be required to do it. They CAN require you to wear an ankle monitor (that is not removable).
