When I use my strength and knowledge of exercise to show children and old people, how they can become big and strong, too, with simple exercises that they can do daily.

When I can stop a bully, stop a fight, stop a threat, of a weaker person, by stronger persons, just by walking up and observing the incident.

When I had a blowout at 70 mph, but never lost control of the car, due entirely to my upper body strength. The car was never damaged, and my family was never injured. And yes, it was quite a struggle to keep the car under control! It wanted to turn, HARD, into the railing on the right.

And most important, when days go bad, as they all do for all of us, I do not whine, curse, or cry. I move forward.

Manly men do not complain.
