The only way you can use a T-Mobile phone with a different network such as A T&T Wireless is to buy a T-Mobile phone that is "unlocked." Unlock phones are cell phone that their software has been changed so that you can use that phone on a different network.

Check on ebay for unlock GSM phones. It has to be a GSM phone because A T&T and T-Mobile uses GSM network and requires a sim card on the back of their phones.
