Shes pregnant and im not sure who's it is, any insight?

I had sex with a girl, I always use a condom. And I always pull out. I however pulled out as I always do but when I did I saw it was broken. When we had sex she was on the last day of her period. Two days later she falls in love with this guy I know and they start having sex. Well shes pregnant now, I confronted her about the broken condom and she told me not to worry its not mine. She also said he didnt use a condom and wouldnt really tell me if he pulled out (which makes me assume he didnt) I have a conspiracy she wanted a baby, because she tried to convince me not use one. And i know she did the same thing to this guy. So their together and continue to have unprotected sex. Im still a bit worried about the broke condom. Key details, (I pulled out and she was at the end of her period, the other guy I assume did not and had sex with her multiple times in the time to come after her period.) Should I be worried Im a making her get a paternity test. I dont care but I dont want kids yet

Let this be a lesson learned for all guys.

When the girl wants you to NOT use a condom, that should be a big WARNING that she's looking to get pregnant.

The only way to tell is through a paternity test. The chances that it could be yours is low, but not zero. I wouldn't push for a test unless she starts claiming it's yours.

If she keeps the baby, just make sure your name is not on the birth certificate. You don't want to be stuck with some crazy broad and stuck with paying for a baby that may not be even yours.

There is really no way for you to clear up this situation until she has the baby. At that point, you are in your right to ask for a paternity test to eliminate the possibility that this is your baby. You are better off finding out sooner rather than later. What if she breaks up with this dude two years down the road and then comes to you telling you that you are the father and to pay up? She could demand a paternity test then and do you really want to have that lingering over your head like that...food for thought...

Trust me when this guy runs out on her and the baby and chances are it will be before the baby comes or shortly after, then she will need help and end up having both of you take paternity tests so that she can get child support. I'm saying that he will leave because they both sound young and irresponsible, like having unprotected sex right after they met. Chances are you are not the father, but trust me she'll be back and want you both to be tested. Lots of luck, and continue using your good judgment in using protection!

well you do have a problem. first did you check the condom at first if you didn't you have a 50/50 chance it's yours. but any how theirs no true way to know. asking for a paternity test was the right thing to do. and if she still having unprotected sex with the other dude theirs a 80/20 chance it's his. so just pray it's not yours.

It is hard to say. Women usually don't start to ovulate until a couple weeks after their period. So if she started unprotected sex right after her period it is more than likely his. But, definetly get a paternity test because you will wonder about this for the rest of your life if you don't.

you cant do anything until she has the baby anyways so dont stress yourself about it.


she sounds kinda like she is a sleep around anyways so i wouldn't want to waste my time stressing over her. if you are really concerned that its your baby then you can order a paternity test after the baby is born but if you really dont care...then let him think its his kid and not yours. you wont have to pay child support if she says its someone elses baby. if you want to have a part in the childs life then get the test ordered after she has the baby and take charge of being a dad.


and in my opinion..she sounds like the kind of girl that would fake being pregnant.....just something to ponder.






oh. and btw. that girlt hat answered saying she couldn't get pregnant the day you had sex---shes wrong. you can get pregnant ANYTIME. you can be the first day of your period or the last or right smack dab in the middle. you can even be a week before your period or 3 days after! it doesn't matter----ANYTIME you can get pregnant. anytime.
you are more LIKELY to get pregnant about 2 weeks after your period..but that isn't the only time.

it's most likely not yours. You were really responsible and used protection and were extra careful every time and the other guy wasn't.
Also it is highly unlikely that she could get pregnant from having sex on the last day of her period. She wouldn't be fertile until about two weeks after that.
There are about 7 days each month that a girl can get pregnant on and, from your question, you weren't with her any of those days.

you have the right to know so when she has it go to the courts and get a test done. There is always the chanse because there is a good chase her body did not get ride of the eggs by the last day and it could be. Because the due date will go by the frist day of her last period.good luck

Why are you making her get a paternity test, then? That doesn't make sense. You don't want kids and she says it isn't yours (plus you think she tried to get pregnant), so just accept it as it is and be thankful you don't have to deal with such a scum of a girl anymore.
