Around 80%...
Whenever I'm really frustrated, I go out to the backyard or my room and scream "I DON'T WANNA [insert frustrating activity here]." After that, I go back and stare into space for about 30 seconds before I feel much better, and sometimes I may even work better than before.
People might say that complaining is a waste of time and for losers, but sometimes it's necessary. Ranting is an excellent way of venting out anger in non-violent ways, provided you don't cause a disruption
Hope that helps!

It really depends about what I am complaining about. But, if I feel I have been wronged--complaining or reporting something works about 75% of the time.
I don't tend to complain unless it is legitimate. I know some people who complain all of the time and after awhile, nobody really takes what they have to say too seriously.
I rarely complain at work, so when I do--my boss usually listens and does something

I'd say 95-100 percent of the time. I don't complain unless I really have been wronged and in these cases I politely pursue the matter all the way to the top if necessary until the matter is resolved to my satisfaction.

There is an art to complaining effectively. I am a soft-spoken, assertive complainer. I not only say exactly what is bothering me, but how I would like the problem rectified. I get results 95% of the time.

0% because I detest complaining and complainers. I support direct (and honest) communication. When I detect complaining, I turn on a deaf ear.
