That's not entirely accurate.. Kucinich has a strong opposition to the second amendment..
That being said I like Kucinich very much, he has some great ideas.. but I worry about his economic policies.. He already let Cleavland go bankrupt once before.. and he is offering many handouts as president again.. that I don't think we will be able to afford.. We have a deficit of over 2.4 trillion dollars, with everything that he is offering, how does he plan to pay for this?
In my personal view the candidate that most strictly adheres to the Constitution is Ron Paul. But both Paul and Kucinich are far better candidates then the majority running.

Well, the republicans are bible thumpers, so that takes care of them. Kucinich's positions are the most in-sync with the Constitution of all the democrats running.

The House of Representatives has "the sole Power of Impeachment."
Kucinich has exercised his responsibility to bring forth Articles of Impeachment as a result of his belief that the Vice President of the United States should be tried by the Senate for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Besides, checkout his wife. The the little guy obviously has got a set of cajones muy grande.

We have made so many ammendments that what you did 5 yrs ago may not be ok now. What in particular are you speaking of?
I do like the fact that he is voting to keep jobs in the U.S. and he is big on civil rights (ENDA)
He also seems to want something done with healthcare (but what?)

Kuchinich is the only candidate, well maybe ron paul and mike gravel as well, who will say what he means and mean what he says 99.99% of the time.......which is why none of these people will be elected!!!

Actually, if he was doing what the constitution says, he would be drafting articles of impeachment against Dick Chen........wait, your right! And where is Ron Paul when you need him?
