I personally would pick up Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, first from that list.
Actually I plan on picking up several of those games, however, I plan to pick up RE:UC next week, and then one or two more when I get enough money.

Super Mario Galaxy for 3 reasons:
1. I played it at Gamestop, it is SICK YO! (as in really great)
