Golly yes. Micah Owings hit four all by himself.
Eight pitchers batted 1.000 last season, each going 1-1. KC's Joel Peralta did it most smartly, making his hit a double.
Using a minimum of 25 plate appearances to filter out the silly stats, Owings also had the highest AVG last year, hitting .333 (.349 OBP, .683 SLG) in 64 PA. His stats purely as a pitcher are a tad higher, as he was used as a pinch-hitter a few times. Witness:
P: 19-56, 1 sac bunt, 1 sac fly, 58 PA, .339/.333/.714
PH: 1-4, 2 BB, 6 PA, .250/.500/.250
Just the fact he was used a a pinch hitter SIX times (he never subsequently pitched in those games), despite the results, says a lot about his hitting prowess. Or maybe about the Diamondbacks' bench. But Owings certainly can hit.

Yes, many pitchers hit home runs last year. The most home runs by a pitcher last season was Micah Owings who hit 4.
Since pitchers don't bat much in the AL, a lot of pitchers who got a chance in interleague play have higher averages. So i'm going to just tell you had the highest average in the NL and had at least 40 at-bats. Micah Owings also led all pitchers (40 ABs or more) with a .333 average.
As you can see Micah Owings can hit. He's such a good hitter that Bob Melvin was pinch hitting him later in the season. He easily won the Silver Slugger award.

Are you serious? Of course pitchers hit homeruns during the season. Also, your explanation has nothing to do with the question. In case you didnt know, home runs and batting average are 2 different things.

Yes, many home runs. Probably Owings from the D-Backs had the highest batting average.
