if its pulled, looks like it is, stop doing any kind of stretching, or exercise. Use Ice, everyday for awhile.
then after a few days of icing get yourself a ice/hot patch something like that and apply it to the hamstring.
after all the days of icing and relaxing, slowly get back into your gymnastics. Stretch a lot and do warm ups, a bit more than what you would do on a normal day of gymnastics that is if you did warm up and possibly wear a hamstring compression wrap when doing gymnastics. hopefully you recover. and since this is at school, you can see the trainer that is if your school has one. also try the Internet. that can also help you out.

Apparently , you are into mucho exercises. But like anything else, if a part of the boby is sore, stretched, whacked, traumatized whatever it has to be rested until it if fully healed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure tthat out. So the more stress you put on the hamstring, the longer it will take to heal if ever.

You are not going to like my answer, but, you need to ....RICE.. its the principles that athletic trainers live by.
R-est, I-ce,C-ompression, and E-levation.
The key for your injury is the Rest. anytime your legs move your Biceps Femoris (hamstrings) move. Which means, just getting around in daily activities you are causing swelling in the injured area.
Also, its good to stay stretched out, however, on recovering from any injury, its very easy to overstretch and cause tearing of the muscle.
You need to Rest it, then ice it,. then stretch it.. repeat every hour that you are awake. three to six weeks.
