Sounds like an impaction. Geckos should not be kept on sand or any other loose substrate--it is NOT natural for them! You really should seek out an experienced reptile vet to take a look at him. In the meantime, soak him in just a little bit of shallow warm water--just enough to cover his tummy. Watch him closely! Try to gently massage his belly as well. This will help to hydrate him at least.

What substrate is it on? Because if it's sand or something that can be swallowed, then your gecko most likely has an impaction. The best way to solve this is to take it to the vet. Minor impactions can be treated at home, but impactions can kill the gecko, so it's best to be careful.

First of all learn what your pet actually is. It's a gecko, geico is an insurance company where you save money by switching to them (supposedly).

have a vet look at it. If its a tumor or cancer it will probably need surgery, but it will be expensive. Unfortunately you might want to brace yourself for the inevitable.
