Yes, as a matter of fact her name was Melissa. I even went to this old lady's house up the street from my house to go visit her. My sister, 9yrs older, would take me over and I would knock on the door & the old lady played along & would call out for Melissa. And Melissa would come. Then one day the lady died & I lost Melissa. Then one day this pregnant lady came walking past my house with a lil girl. And Behold me the lil girl's name was Melissa. She came to life! As I got older I was told by another school friend that the lady who died did have a little girl who ran out onto the busy street nearby & was hit & died. So, are these imaginary friends really imaginary or spirits stuck here? Another question! lol

I had an imaginary buddy named Mrs. Preshel. i do no longer even understand the form you're able to spell her call, yet she grew to become into actual to me. She used to pass to me plenty and she or he talked approximately her husband each and every from time to time. We had tea events and she or he instructed me approximately how her husband proposed to her and gave her a hoop in a sprint field. i won't be able to for the existence of me decide why a 2-3 year outdated could have a center elderly lady for an imaginary buddy. each and every from time to time I nevertheless think of she could have been actual.

Yeah every kid does even though they were afraid to admit it i personally think people do it to make a replacement for a real friend but it's pretty normal if you don't either you are really depressed or you have enough friends.

No imaginary friends (no real ones for that matter...), but I remember inventing imaginary toys.

No, but my daughter had "shadow" for a very long time. She is an only child and VERY creative. She is now 13 and still remembers him.

i'm not sure if they were my friends...but i remember i did make some up. they were... ebby and ack(sp?)...and they lived n the dryer. haha :) i don't remember exactly...but i think this is what my mom told me 'bout it, i was maybe 4 or 5...and i heard noises n the washer and dryer(probably jackets or shoes or somethin' like that) and asked my mom what it was. she asked me what i thought it was, and i said, there's someone n there. it's ebby and ack, they live n the dryer. i think that's how it went.
