it seems a shame to heat up the whole oven

if you get a small enough pan to fit in there-sure! It's still an oven that reaches 350 degrees!

ok small tin foil pans ya can get at any food store small enough to fit in taster oven then bake like ya did when ya was a little girl for what is a toaster oven but a glorified easy bake oven

You'll have to play with the time so they won't burn. Better off using the regular oven for better results.

Make them in little silicone cups for cupcakes. smaller ones will cook more evenly through.
