My xbox 360 has a problom but does not have the 3 red lights. Will they still fix it under the new three year warranty or do the red lights need to be on?

its past a year old. I have sound but no picture. Everything is plugged in right. It is a problom with the console.

How old is the Xbox 360? the Xbox 360 has a one year warranty for everything else.. I would call Microsoft at 1-800-4MY-XBOX to see if you are covered..

Your Xbox 360 has a total of three years for certain hardware failures which are indicated by three flashing red lights on the console. However for any other problems your console is covered during the first year warranty. If you console is past your first year then you will be paying for a fee to fix your console.

no they wont because it has to have 3 red lights but the work around is wrap your 360 in a towel while its running it will over heat get the red ring of death then send it in for red ring repair
