Any City but London.
Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff or smaller towns even.
Areas that i like are Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Yorkshire dales, Cotswolds, Northumberland, Lake District, Western Scotland.
I guess if you want a huge City with almost half the population not being native English speakers (fact) and everything costing more than anywhere else, then London is the place for you!

Why is this in the Netherlands section??
Anyway, I really like Sheffield, my husband is from there.
Its relaxed, lots of scholing/uni and job oppertunities(depending on your trade), good public transport, sporting facilities. Nice parks, pubs, day-trips and Peak district right on your doorstep.
Housing as everywhere else in the UK is expensive though and as Sheffield is built on 7 hills, expect some steep climbs
:-)
