I wouldn't taste it--I would smell it, first. If you're lucky and it's not sour yet--it will be soon--even if you refrigerate it now. Figure out a way to use it up quickly, if it's not already bad.

Personally I wouldn't take the chance. Its just not worth getting sick as apposed to the purchase of more milk.

Probably not, unless it's very cold where you live. If it smells funky, or you have little black dots in your milk, it's gone bad.
