Wife acuses him of adultry because he talks intimnately with the next door neighbor for hours with the wife always present.
He nevers sees this neighbor without his wife being present
Hes careful that way. His wife never joins in the conversation but endures the deep sensuaous words. He always leaves with the wife and she says he does his huband act at night
she says he is commiting adultry with his words. Do you agree. They have been married ten years. Just before they go over for the conversation he always buys her the wife gifts which she loves. He never forces her to go over there. When she doesnt fell like going he wont go. The two ladies are best friends. They remain on good terms and are still bestr friends

His wife is a bookworm. She usually reads while they talk or deep talk and smiles occasionally.

THAT IS NOT THE DEFINITION OF ADULTERY!
a·dul·ter·y –noun, plural -ter·ies. voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and someone other than his or her lawful spouse.
adultery
"voluntary violation of the marriage bed," c.1300, avoutrie, from O.Fr. avoutrie, aoulterie, noun of condition from avoutre/aoutre, from L. adulterare "to corrupt" (see adulteration). Modern spelling, with the re-inserted -d-, is from c.1415 (see ad-). Classified as single adultery (with an unmarried person) and double adultery (with a married person). O.E. word was æwbryce "breach of law(ful marriage)."
Adultery
conjugal infidelity. An adulterer was a man who had illicit intercourse with a married or a betrothed woman, and such a woman was an adulteress. Intercourse between a married man and an unmarried woman was fornication. Adultery was regarded as a great social wrong, as well as a great sin. The Mosaic law (Num. 5:11-31) prescribed that the suspected wife should be tried by the ordeal of the "water of jealousy." There is, however, no recorded instance of the application of this law. In subsequent times the Rabbis made various regulations with the view of discovering the guilty party, and of bringing about a divorce. It has been inferred from John 8:1-11 that this sin became very common during the age preceding the destruction of Jerusalem. Idolatry, covetousness, and apostasy are spoken of as adultery spiritually (Jer. 3:6, 8, 9; Ezek. 16:32; Hos. 1:2:3; Rev. 2:22). An apostate church is an adulteress (Isa. 1:21; Ezek. 23:4, 7, 37), and the Jews are styled "an adulterous generation" (Matt. 12:39). (Comp. Rev. 12.)
Synonyms: adultery, affair, bad faith, betrayal, carrying on, cheating, duplicity, extracurricular activity, extramarital relations, faithlessness, falseness, falsity, fornication, hanky-panky, inconstancy, lewdness, perfidiousness, perfidy, playing around, thing, treacherousness, treachery, treason, two-timing*, unfaithfulness
Antonyms: faithfulness, fidelity

No it is not. I think the husband should listen to how his wife feels about the situation because it is a bit strange but adultry is only when one partner sleeps with someone elce. Not talking on the phone.

well to me i don't feel it is adultery because his wife is always there with him ,but i feel that the husband has some problem due to the fact that he makes it a point to have that kind of conversation with another woman with his wife setting there ,maybe it is his way of getting in the mood for his wife and that would be sad ,or maybe he wants his wife to join in the conversation .some people have strange ideas.

i don't think its adultery but disrespectful if the wife is uncomfortable with the idea of them sharing deep conversations...so maybe the guy should respect his wife's feelings and maybe back off a little or at least not be buyin some other chick gifts..

It's not technically adultery, but it is definitely mental abuse! If the wife feels like she is being treated badly in this situation, she needs to do something about it. And as for the husband, I think he needs some professional help.

If it isn't hurtful to the wife then I would say no. If it hurts her then I would say yes. Some people are into some weird stuff.
