Right now I am U of M student who was a transfer student, i had to withdraw this semester because I was not doing good in physics, o. chem, and calculus. When I compared the syllabus, homework assignments, and exams that was taken there was a big significant process. It seems that the work that I was doing in which I was getting a D or F would have been enough to get me a B+ or A- grade. I also realize it is best to get a 3.5 - 3.7 at a top 30-50 school than to get less than a 3.0 at a top 5 school and possibly withdrew from too much courses or fail courses.

Frankly, U of M is better than both of them, but...you should go to Michigan State.

You again? Why do you keep asking the same question over & over again?

I told you this before -- but you seem incapable of learning: The curriculum at Wisconsin and MSU are NOT significantly different than those at Michigan. If you can't do the work at Michigan, transferring to another Big Ten school won't help you. Why not transfer to an easier major & stay at the better school?
