Firstly, I have to make it clear that 'Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star' is NOT by Mozart. This is a myth. He did, however, write a set of variations on the tune (which he would have associated with the French song 'Ah, vous derai-je, mamam').
Among his most notable works are:
The Marriage of Figaro (opera)
Don Giovanni (opera)
The Magic Flute (opera)
Piano Concertos K 466, 467, 491, 595 (just a selection)
Symphonies Nos 38-41
Various Piano Sonatas
Violin Concerto No 5 in A major K 219
Clarinet Concerto in A major
Various string quartets
Clarinet Quintet in A major
Piano quartets and quintetes (he more or less invented these forms)
Violin Sonata in E minor
Requiem
Mass in C minor

His operas which include the following
Cosi Fan Tutti
Don Giovanni
Le Nozze di Figaro (Marriage of Figaro)
Die Zauberflote (Magic Flute - where famous aria of the Queen of the Night is from)
His piano works
Sonata for Two Pianos in D
Concerto No. 23
Sonata K. 331 (3rd movement is the Turkish March - Rondo alla turca)
His symphonies
Symphony 40 in G minor, his most famous
Symphony 41 "Jupiter"
Other famous works
Twinkle Twinkle Little Star/Alphabet Song...Yep, that's his music
Exsultate Jubilate - called a motet...but really more like a concerto for voice and orchestra
Eine Kleine Nachtmusik - most associated with this
Clarinet Concerto in A - YOU MUST HEAR THE ADAGIO!
Flute Concerto in D...
the list just goes on and on. Mozart may be deemed a successful composer in the modern world, but in the 18th century, he wasn't very popular believe it or not

Wow
Everything
lol
Don't judge Mozart until you hear his requiem though. People always say to me "Mozart is too happy I hate Mozart it has no feeling" these people havnt heard the requiem (yes i asked them)
In addition to that get Symphonies 25 and 40... maybe a piano concerto (I forgot what number the famous one is) and some string quartets... There's a lot though. Just find as much as you can.

Jupiter Symphony no. 40
Requiem
Marriage of Figaro
Magic Flute
One main opera that comes to mind is based on the man who gets caught in a terrible storm and the only to stop it is by killing the first person he sees. Bah! The name doesn't come to mind!

Whipper's answer was a very good one; it represents a lot of his most popular works in each genre.
I'd add his setting of "Ave verum corpus" and his Requiem Mass in D Minor.
