Are there any good online colleges that would offer an ANIMAL SCIENCE degree?

No -- for the simple reason that there are no good online colleges.

Employers will not respect an online degree. Most online universities are For Profit colleges that cost much more than respected state universities.

You would be better off getting a tattoo on your forehead that says "I have a bad education" than getting an online degree. It would have the same effect -- and be a hell of a lot cheaper.
