What should I do to clean crayon shavings out of my plastic backpack?

I had the 64-pack crayon box with the built-in sharpener in my backpack and the crayon shavings fell out of the bottom of the box.

I had the 64-pack crayon box with the built-in sharpener in my backpack and the crayon shavings fell out of the bottom of the box. Now they're kinda melted to the inside of my backpack.

Dump out what you can over a trash can and vacuum out the rest.
