yes she def is i have guppies myself . and lewt me tell ya once she has tehn be ready for more babies in a couple of weeks they seem to never stop after having one litter . good luck wiht your guppies .

If the spot is towards the back of her stomach, then yes, she is. Be sure to separate the fry (babies) from the rest of the fish because the fry will get eaten.
