Humans, like all mammals, birds, etc, reproduce sexually, which means there is a male body configuration and a female body configuration. Males of all higher animals have an appendage which in English is called a penis, which, once they reach sexual maturity, can be used for depositing sperm in the bodies of females of the same species. Females have orifices called vaginas in English to receive the sperm (again, only after reaching adulthood) and to birth the resulting babies (or eggs in the case of birds). Male human children are called boys in English. Female human children are called girls in English. Any more questions?
