My son went to soccer this morning from 9-11 a.m plus, swimming from 12:30 p.m to 1:30 pm and here he is, still running and jumping around the house !! Meanwhile, I am exhausted !!!!!!!!!

Your question reminded me of a little 4-year-old cousin of mine whom I spent some time with over the summer....at one point he seemed to be running around the house like a mad man....and I guess I was charged with keeping an eye on him...as the only adult in the house. My father and my brother were around, I guess...but I think they were doing other things. I don't think I made a very good job of keeping that 4-year-old in order that day....he is so energetic! I made a remark at the time that I don't remember having so much energy at that age!

because they havent tormented their bodies over the years by not eating right and not exercising and they are in good health. lol
