I am going to Canada over on Dec. and I was told that my car would not work. So I was wondering what makes the cars in Canada different. Or what makes a car work here and not there. I know that the weather is one. I live in the South.

The only real difference that I can think of would be a block heater. (An electric heater that we plug in to keep the engine warm overnight when it's really cold.)
