Add a cup of lemon-scented ammonia to the wash load.

I suppose it depends on what kind of 'smell' is in them. Most body odor smells will wash out with normal washing, 2 at the most. Use a good detergent like Gain or Tide and use the hottest water that you can. Hot water normally 'kills' the odor but if it is something else, like gasoline for instance, nothing that I know will totally get that out.

But if you have a strong odor emanating from your person, then a trip to your dr is in order. But also wear panty shields. Thats why they are around.

Umm to permanently get rid of the smell in your panties, you need to treat the source! Stop worrying about the panties and worry why your creating a foul odor!

If this is a serious question...then if you can't get the odor out of them...I can't help how much you paid, throw them away! You need to find out why you have this odor "down there" so it would be a really good idea to see a doctor!

Oxy Clean.

Febreeze fabric softener.

Put dish soap on it.

I'm confused over why your panties still stink after being washed!! Perhaps you need to wear panty liners from now on.

Why do they smell sooooo bad that you need to kill the smell???? They do sell bleach that is safe for colors...try that.

Maybe try soaking them in a bowl filled with tomato juice or tomato sauce.

This is a common strategy for de-skunking dogs & cats.
