Figure this out.......
If the real reason Bush wants to hit Iran is to stop them from opening a Euro Dollar oil exchange in order to collapse the dollar, why would the Europeans go along with the ruse that the Iranians are working on wmd. The switch to the Euro would put the Euro Zone in the catbird seat and we would be screwed...Any ideas?

No country sided with us that didn't receive monetary compensation for doing so. Not to mention that we told them "If you are not with us, you are against us" and threatened to bomb them if they didn't sign on.

Bush has personally made billions from the discord and chaos he created over there as have his cronies.

Because Iran is a real threat in the eyes of European leaders as well.
Yes it is BUT the military option should always be the last resort. The international cooperation on the Iran issue is till this point much better than it was on Iraq. Even China and Russia seem to be on board despite some paranoid right wing fringe questioning that. That's very positive

Because it is the sensible thing to do. Sanctions will put significant pressure on the current power structure, hopefully leading to a shift.

Bombing Iran benefits nobody but those reaping profits from oil futures. The International Corporate Fascists prefer land warfare. It degrades militaries which must be rebuilt. The logistics and finance of conventional warfare is their recurring goal.

Sounds a bit like a revived uhm theory from earlier conflicts.
It is not that the Europeans are entirely happy with a weak $$.
Manay of them rely on exports which the USA might not be
able to afford anymore, if they get more expensive by xchange.

Turning over from dollar-oil to euro-oil as international default,
would set the European banks at higher uncalculable risks.
And the old railway Berlin-Bagdad will not be restaured
either, I hold half century bets, least as maglev train. :)

I suspect that it has a lot more to do with how the world's resorces are being carved up and who is teaming up with who. Russia and China appear to be the foundation of one block while the U.S. and Europe are forming another block.

Of course, Iran becoming a danger to the world is utterly ridiculous. Even if Iran had nuclear weapons they wouldn't be able to use them without ensuring their own immediate demise. Additionally, Iran has nothing to gain from attacking its neighbors. The real issue is that Iran has been targeted by the U.S. for imperialist domination. Were Iran to acquire nuclear capability, it would mean that their fate would not be that of becoming a victim of the imperialist master.

The Euro has already surpassed the dollar. Europe is just beginning to understand the threat their societies are facing from the lunatics in Iran. WW111 is right around the corner. I must admit though, that your question is very interesting.

Your wager might desire to be ideal. Iran is an OPEC member. Slapping sanctions on Iran can furnish OPEC extra reason to jack up oil costs and/or cut back furnish, notably to the US. you think of gas is costly now?

Hmmm, maybe because they think Iran is trying to develop nuclear weapons.

Maybe the conspiracy webpages you have been going to, are wrong.

Ever think about that ?

Now they are saying that China is about to go to the euro, are actually peg the Yaun to the Euro.

They say that would kill the american economy.

They couldn't be any further from the truth.

If China pegged the Yaun to the Euro, it would kill China's exports, by instantly making them much more expensive.

It would revitalize the American economy, by making manufacturing much more attractive inside the US.

bcoz, they think they can get a piece of the pie, if Iran becomes like Iraq ??!!

btw; sanctions are very profitable, since you can sell your goods in the black market through a third party dealer for 2 or 3 times as much !!??
