Hunting Crocs for their hides and changes in habitat are the two top reasons for thier population problems. Both are human in origin. We reduce wetlands and pollute the environment. If humans only hunted for meat, we would probably not hunt anything to extinction. Sad, but true.

The don't have any direct predators (nothing seeks and kills crocodiles), but they are greatly affected by climate and habitat change.

Small changes at other levels of the food chain can have a ripple effect up the chain. Say for instance that the habitat surrounding waterlands where crocodiles live changes significantly, leading to less water fowl or wild game in the area. Less prey for the crocodiles leads to starvation.

fairly sharks do not fairly prey on human beings. Its a false impression that they feed on human beings 'evidently'. each and each 365 days, in the entire worldwide, basically 5 human beings fairly die from sharks wheras a hundred are killed via tigers. Even alligators kill extra human beings in a 365 days than sharks have in the previous a hundred years. Sharks are shy creatures who basically do not prefer to consume a human. many of the main "feared sharks" won't even get close to a human except the diver maintains to be calm and thoroughly slows its coronary heart fee. If something i'd guess an alligator or a hippo probable kills the main human beings each 365 days....
