ask politely, and YE SHALL RECEIVE, unless the judge sees it differently.

you can ask the judge for anything you want. whether or not you get it ..is a different story. we call it non_reporting probation.

You can ask for it, you may get it depending on the nature of the reason for probation.....

You can request anything you want, but whether you get it or not is something else entirely.
