Only an Apple. All Apples have Intel now so you can add Windows to a separate partition in addition to Leopard.

Leopard was designed to only run on Apple's line of Macs including iMacs, Macbooks, Mac Mini, etc. Windows was designed to run for Microsoft and Apple by a program called Bootcamp made by Apple.

You cant put mac os onto a pc. So, if the machine has windows on it (vista, xp), it wont run Leopard. Also, you need to check that the machine has :
* Mac computer with an Intel, PowerPC G5, or PowerPC G4 (867MHz or faster) processor
* 512MB of memory
* DVD drive for installation
* 9GB of available disk space

You can't put Mac OS X on any computer except for an Apple Macintosh. However, you can put Windows on a Mac.
