can someone teach me how to create a blogspot template??

Pick one of the blogger "very plain" templates. Choose one with the layout you like (number of columns, and narrow one on the side you want, and like that; probably plain white background with plain black print, to keep things as simple as possible).

Then, go into Layout on the dashboard, and Edit HTML, and Expand Widget Templates. Now you can get dangerous. There, before you, is all the CSS and HTML and Google's unique Widget language used to make the entire blog template. You can have "granular control". I made mine look exactly like the rest of my website, then linked to it.
