both...if i get emotional, i star thinking why...if i think the wrong way...then i get emotional..to me they work hand-in-hand...you cant think without some emotions..and you cant have emotions without thinking...

I use to fly off the handle at anything that I disagreed with. Now, I just think it through. And see what's best for me.
