i was wondering cause my sister is going out with this female and she say that the female is her baby daddy...

No, a female needs to be impregnated by a male. Females only carry eggs. Males only carry sperm. And it takes one of each to create a baby.
She's just referring to her as her "baby daddy" because the other woman has taken on the role of parent with this child, and there are some lesbian women who refer to their partners in the male form, as in "baby daddy".

That's probably a facetious or otherwise joking comment.
Genetically, two females cannot conceive a child (yet. Science is working on it). If a female has unprotected sex with a male, then IMMEDIATELY goes and has sex with another female, in which their genitals come into contact, it's possible for the woman who never had sex with a man to get pregnant, but it's highly unlikely, and the other man is still genetically the father of the baby.

There is no way that she could be having a baby with the girl. It takes an egg and a sperm to make a baby. She may have had artificial insimination done or something else, and is calling her they babys daddy because that's who she wants the child to think is the other parent.

She only wants that girl to be the baby daddy, therefore thats what she calls her girlfriend.
A female CANT get another female pregnant...it takes one sperm & one egg....NOT 2 eggs!

no it is not possible to get pregnant by another woman but if they invited a man in to get pregnant so they can raise a child together than yes she is the babies daddy that 2 mommy sort of way

No. Two females produce 2 eggs. Eggs stay inside the body so there is no way for the eggs to get together. Also there is no way for one egg to get inside the other egg so even if they got together nothing would happen.
(There is no such thing as gay sperm or eggs. They are truly hetrosexual.)
