It's what a girl might say if she doesn't feel any chemistry toward you. Please don't take it personally. It may merely be that the girl in particular doesn't want to take the time to get to know you.
If you are well groomed and friendly, you will likely find a girl willing to be friends. Time is on your side here. As girls mature, they will be more open to all types of guys. Looks become less important. A stable guy with a sense of humor and a willingess to work hard to support a family becomes the most attractive guy by a mile. Hang in there.

Usually the phrase: "You're not my type!" is just a lame excuse girls use to ditch someone who approaches them. They don't even know what that means, or how bad it hurts, but they still use it ! Girllllsss...
In my opinion I think it means more appearance than personality, but I can be wrong, of course... It can mean both personality and appearance, if you know her for a while. Usually, there's nothing to worry about. When they tell you that, they're either too bored to look at you deeply or they're just looking for the Mighty Night on his white horse.

It usually means your appearance isn't what the girl is looking for. but sometimes the girl just isn't feeling your personality but I'd go with its your appearance.And if it really is your appearance that she doesn't like then you should even be interested in someone that shallow.

When people say that, they're saying they don't want to be in a relationship. But as soon as the person pursuing them stops, then they'll want to be in a relationship.

It depends on the way she says it...if she's says it with a laugh or after you do something really funny, she's just kidding. if she says it intensely and looks deep into your eyes or something, she probably really likes you.

since i am a girl , i will do my best to help you with this one. if i was to tell a guy that he was not my type. then it would mean a combination of everything immaturity, looks, personality. all that also things you enjoy doing : )
