nice question. Thousands of years, people have pondered on this ultimate riddle but none have solved it. Life is nature of living and freedom. Life is in everything. American Beauty shows that little plastic bag blowing in the air has life. Life is anything you can imagine it to be. There is no definite answer. So to conclude this 'what is life question' i would say it is anything.

Is when we took our first breath.
When we opened our eyes. When we spoke our first word.
When we tasted our first food! When we felt loved!
When we realized there is a God! And we believed!
Life is feeling the warmth of the sun and the chill in the air.
It is also choices and decisions! Hopefully the good ones!
Life can be great!!
