Autobiography?

I am in grade 8 and for homework I have to do an autobiograpy. I am witting it on me obviously. I have never written one and I was just wondering how do you write one? Like what information is suppose to be in the first paragraph? Seconde? Third? How many paragraghs should it be? Any information on Autobiographys would be very appericiated.

Your autobiography begins with your date of birth and where you were born. It describes your family and the jobs they do. Then you speak of your life, describe your schools, teachers, favorite subjects, things you like and don't like to do. Speak of your accomplishments. Are you a member of a club or team? Have you been a leader in anything? Don't worry about the number of paragraphs; each time you change the subject, make a new paragraph. There's no rule for how many paragraphs it should be. When you feel you've said as much about yourself as possible, just stop writing.
