I'm a marketing professor, and there is a very broad range of things you cold do with a marketing degree, from sales to advertising to marketing research to brand management to logistics. It is also, along with finance, one of the primary fields of business from which people move up to become CEOs of companies. As far as math, most schools will require you to take basic calculus for any business degree, including marketing.
