Because it takes effort. Why bother? What is the difference between daily life and death? Memory.
You don't have any control over living or dying. You could step in front of a bus but your body will decide whether it goes on living or not. The 'you' that thinks its making that decision will be unconscious as the body deals with the situation 'you' put it in AGAIN just like all the other times you stressed it out with over thinking and pursuing pleasure. It has to recover every time 'you' abuse it so how will that be any different?
Why not die? You have no way of knowing what life is or why you are alive.
Are you even living or are you just thinking about it?

Well one reason not to die is you don't get another chance to live. You were blessed with life and you should make something of it. If you're sad or depressed you need to find professional help. We all go through desperate times and it seems like we'll never see the silver lining. Me for one...I joined a Bible based church and it turned me around. That might be something you can do, and it doesn't cost a penny.
Life is precious.

why try to die,its to much work people would rather do the same thing even if its not what they want as long as its not change
